Robert Spenceley is recorded as a farmer and also, at his daughters marriages,
as a Sheriffs Officer.
I have not been able to find any male members of Robert and Ann, so his Spenceley
line died with him.
Bethiah Spenceley never married but lived with her sister Sarah Ann and her
Husband George Ward.
Bethiah was a dressmaker and is mentioned in the Pickering directories as
such, she is buried in Pickering
Church yard along with her sister and brother in law.
